SILEX TECHNOLOGY acquires Troy GmbH

On December 23, 2005 silex technology america, Inc. acquired the "Wireless & Connectivity Solutions"
business from the American TROY Group, Inc. This also includes all assets and related business activities of the European TROY GmbH, Herrenberg, Germany.

As a manufacturer of print servers, USB device servers and biometric finger print authentication systems silex technology intends to continue the TROY product lines of print and serial servers, BinTec and TROYgate.
The silex group has an existing European subsidiary based in Meerbusch, Germany, and silex america and silex europe will work together to create a positive integration of the European business activities to benefit our customers.
