With the SILEX newsletters you get all the important news absolutely free of charge by e-mail right to your desk. All the SILEX newsletters always inform you about essential current news in unobtrusive frequency about the SILEX world of network connectivity with Print Servers, USB Device Servers, the Wireless Dock for iPod (wiDock), Serial Device Servers, Biometric products and the SX-GATE (formerly TROYgate).

wiDock - Wireless Dock for iPod
The latest product from SILEX, the wiDock, offers for the first time worldwide the possibility to synchronize the iPod wirelessly with iTunes on a PC or Mac. It bundles all the advantages of known docking stations:
- Connects the iPod with your stereo system and TV
- Recharging function
- Supports the Apple remote
- Compatible with all dockable iPod models
- And additionally: Connects the iPod with a computer over WLAN or LAN
TROYgate becomes SX-GATE
Our Internet Security Appliance has a new name: SX-GATE
The well known multi-functionality remains unchanged: firewall, intrusion detection, spam filter, virus scanner with spyware filter, web page filter, VPN server and application proxies continue to provide secure networking. SX-GATE has an Intrusion Detection System with a coupled dynamic firewall. It serves equally as well as a solution for secure Outlook Web Access.
The extensive and intuitive browser configuration possibilities permit the integration of SX-GATE into existing environments. The central management functions make configuration and system maintenance possible, independent of the number of installed systems.
SX-GATE offers a secure Internet connection for up to 250 users.
New additional functions:

The jury chose our USB Device Server SX-2000WG from a pool of over 1,200 solutions as one of the most innovative and also most attractive for middle-size firms.
