High quality is ensured especially due to the fact that only fully mature, carefully developed and thoroughly tested products are introduced to the market.  At the certified manufacturing facility in Japan boasting over 30 years of experience in the industry, every product is tested individually before leaving the plant.  SILEX backs its philosophy with the very high commitment of over 40 percent of its employees involved in research and development.
